Duties-Responsibilities
  • Proper maintenance and operations of particular client in terms of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Stationery, Dispatch, Pantry & Vendors.
  • Co-ordination with other department for overall smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate with office boy for day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain discipline and decorum in the office.
  • Coordination with Sales team.
  • Vendor payments and petty cash management.
  • Manage and complete the joining and on boarding process once the candidates selection is complete.
  • Manage attendance and leave for all employees in a organised, timely and accurate manner.Highlight irregular attendance, suggest corrective measures and resolves queries in reference to leave attendance.
  • Handle the entire payroll cycle for the organisation. This is a mandatory requirement.
 
Age
  • 21 to 28
 
Experience:
  • Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in relevant field. Candidates from Media / Advertising background will be preferred.
